How it works
The report is built from records already entered along the process — no separate document hunt at the end.
Certificate linked at receiving
EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certificates and dimensional checks are uploaded to the stock item; heat no sits on the item.
Job prep ties material to the project
When material is cut and issued with a work order, the project number and drawing position are recorded.

Sign, publish, one PDF
QCI/QCE-signed reports are revisioned; “Print PDF (with attachments)” ships the report and every certificate as one file. Heat-no list exports to Excel.

About the incoming report
How do we load existing certificates?
Upload certificate PDFs to the related stock item; for new receipts this happens at receiving. For past projects, start with materials still in progress.
What if the report changes?
A revision is created from the published report; the previous revision stays on record; report number tracks with the revision number.
Can we download every incoming report for one project?
Yes — select reports from the list and download as PDF; each report includes its own certificates.
