Subcontracted work
Subcontracting
- ISO 9001 8.4
- EN 1090 / ISO 3834
- ASME
Work you send out or take in is tracked under your own project number: a simple three-step flow or a detailed, quality-planned one.
- Both directions on one screen: work we subcontract out and toll work we take in from customers, each with its own labels.
- Simple tracking for non-code work; for ASME / PED work, cutting, fit-up, welding, NDT, heat treatment, pressure test and final inspection steps (ITP).
- Hold and witness points: the next step cannot be recorded until quality signs off; a drawing revision waits for the subcontractor’s acknowledgement.
- Status is derived from the steps, never picked by hand; the job cannot close until required documents (WPS, WPQ, MTR, NDE report, Form U-2) are in.
- Bilingual (Turkish / English) A4 subcontract order; prices stay off the technical screens.
