Quote Management

  • RFQ and revisions. Customer request no, RFQ reference and revision, page count on the quote record.

Project Tracking

Each piece of equipment’s deadline, PED/ASME scope, revisions, labor hours and owners on one project record.

  • PED and ASME scope. Projects are flagged with PED and ASME fields; the list filters by those scopes.
  • Revision tracking. Design, drawings and specs on the project; drawing and manufacturing form revision totals as columns.
  • Labor hours. Planned labor vs actual regular and overtime hours; variance in its own column.

Stock Tracking

Which certified material went to which equipment, what’s left in stock and what’s reserved — at a glance.

  • Type-specific cards. Cut-to-size, piece and kg types with their own fields: grade, diameter, standard, paint and dimensions.
  • Certificate and incoming. Material certificate, incoming inspection and “PED?” on the stock item.
  • Reservation and scrap. Qty reserved for a project, offcuts and scrap separately; reports by stock type.

Purchasing

From material request to PO, receiving to incoming QC: one flow keyed by project number.

  • Material requests. Project requests with requester and project number; the link stays when turned into a PO.
  • Receiving and incoming. Arriving goods are recorded at receiving and booked to stock with an incoming QC report.
  • Reject review. Warehouse and QC rejects in separate queues with count badges.

Production Tracking

Follow material from request to stock and from stock to equipment.

  • Job prep. Material for a project is issued from stock with a work order; who prepared it, qty and status are logged.
  • Project material management. All materials used on a project, with certificates, in the project material report.
  • Scrap tracking. Scrap from cutting is recorded separately; true consumption shows in reports.

How can I see İnsya ERP?

Fill in the demo request form or call us. In a 30-minute screen share we walk through the screens on one of your own projects.

What happens after the demo?

After your team reviews, we open an account for your company and plan the import of stock and account lists together.

Do we need special training?

The UI uses windows, a taskbar and a single search box; teams pick it up quickly. We give a short kickoff walkthrough.

Is İnsya ERP an accounting program?

No. It manages production, stock, projects and purchasing; official accounting and invoicing stay in your accounting software. Invoice and expense modules can be added if you need them.

How do I get support?
